can scroll down with scroll bar or jump down to space below scroll bar. can scroll up with scroll bar. can't jump by clicking above the scroll bar. space above the scroll bar dead. can't click on anything above the scroll bar. Tried disabling plugins

That problem can be caused by the Yahoo! Toolbar that extents too much downwards and covers the top part of the browser window and thus makes links in that part of the screen not clickable.

How can I get rid of the yahoo toolbar... it got loaded when I loaded yahoo messenger and I can't find it in my delete programs.... thanks...
