My Firefox has been only booting in Safe Mode for some time now. When I open it, my only options are to continue in Safe Mode, or exit. The other options are greyed out. It's been doing this for at least two months now, possibly longer.

Make sure that you do not have the Shift key pressed when you start Firefox.

You can also check the (desktop) shortcut that starts Firefox and make sure that there isn't a -safe-mode switch appended.
