when i go to sites to watch movies or shows using firefox almost all linkks will not work but explorer they all work WHY

when i use firefox to go to sites to watch movies or shows just about every link i try does not worrk. all i get is very show icon in upper left hand corner where the movie or show should be showing. most of the time the links i use most on these sites is putlocker and sockshare among others. but explorer almost always works. so why won't firefox work the same videos

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
