after installing, ITunes not playing properly. Skips, drags. How to repair?

ITunes dragging, skipping. Even IHeart radio cuts out, cracks up, then plays for a minute. Not allowing me to buffer any online radio stations. Only does this when scrolling a page. Doesn't do it on videos.

Please check if all your plugins are up-to-date. To do this, go to the Mozilla Plugin Check site.
