I am trying to log into Pearson Vue but it is saying that I need Firefox ver 3 yet Firefox states I have latest ver what can I do?

Hi,

I recently had this problem when trying to log into a couple of different accounts, all I did was re-install firefox and this problem was gone.

Have you recently updated any plugins or extensions. I updated my "Adobe Acrobat" plugin and that is when I started to get this problem.
