Firefox will not open at all. Receive crash report every time.

Crash ID: bp-02f93354-d03e-4e19-846c-42d932131023

I am running windows 7 (64bit). Firefox was installed via GPO (version 22). I am trying to update firefox to version 24, however midway thru install I received the above crash report. Firefox will not open at all! I have uninstalled/reinstalled as admin, still no luck. I have pulled the PC off of the domain and logged into as local admin. I have uninstalled/reinstalled and still received the crash report. I boot to safe mode and attempted all of the above, and yet still received the crash report. I'm at a loss here, any help is appreciated.

Can you try to create a new profile, and or firefox safe mode.
