I have had this add-on for some time now,but the last year or so,it only works correctly 2 or 3 times, and then the little window doesn't pop up with a definition.Strangely,if I relaunch FF,it works again a few times, and then stops working again.Anybody have an idea what's going on? Thanks

Is this what you have installed?
http://www.answers.com/main/toolbar.jsp
or this

If so, have you tried their Help Center?

That isn't a Mozilla application, and isn't something that we support in this forum.
