How do I get in touch with mozilla support directly to report a totally unusable browser

I am currently sending this issue via Windows internet explorer because my mozilla browser does nothing but crash since the v18.0 install this morning. It does not appear that anything specific is causing the problem. The browser will crash attempting to access a link from the homepage. It will crash attempting to open mail. It will crash switching windows. It will crash when I'm doing absolutely nothing other than having the browser open on the desktop.

This is the Mozilla Support site, so this is where you can get help :) If Firefox is crashing, can you give me the crash ID? (type about:crashes into the browser URL bar, press Enter, then copy and paste the ID that starts with BP- and is from the time you experienced the crash, here)

Here are all the crash reports since early this morning until I had to stop using the browser. Thanks

Fixed as everything was mashed together.

Ah, I'm assuming this was just a reposting of the crash reports that were "good" and not an answer to my question! If it was an answer, please restate it in a language that I can understand.

I fixed your post as the report ids were mashed together along with the dates/times. I then posted links that were to usable crash reports for people to easily look at and were not Empty. An Empty example from your crash ids is https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/768ef37f-300d-4c3a-a68c-9ec032130111

Well you have ALOT of different crashes. I'm going to give you a shotgun approach to fixing them since trying to fix each one will be fruitless if we don't do these steps first anyway.

First, update Windows. Make sure you install every Critical, Recommended and almost every optional (don't install ones like Bing Desktop, etc. unless you want to). Check for updates several times until you are confident the are all installed.

Second, Reinstall Firefox. Uninstall it from the Windows Control Panel (make sure you don't delete your personal data unless you have a backup), then go to the C drive, program files (x86) and delete the Mozilla Folder. Restart your PC, and then re-install Firefox.

Then, update your graphics Driver. Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL

Scan for Malware Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware

Update your plugins. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/

Then create a new test Firefox profile. Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles

Do any of these help?

Crashes that are related to garbage collection (GC) or memory corruption can have any cause.

There is also an older with a Flash plugin crash

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.

Sorry. Downloaded and utilized all the malware programs you suggested. Found a few "bad" items during the scans. Removed them, but changed nothing with regard to the crashes.

OK. 1. I had all the appropriate Windows updates installed on the computer

2. I uninstalled/reinstalled Firefox

3. Graphics Driver is up-to-date. Unable to find where to change to hdw acc or WebGL if that's not already set up on the ATI Radeon

4. Ran numerous malware scans using several different programs

5. All plugins have been updated

6. Have not tried using a new profile yet as I have been running in safe mode on Firefox for about an hour now without a crash. I am assuming at this point that one of the extensions I've installed is causing the crash problem. I will continue to run in safe mode for a few hours to see if the crashes recur. If not, I guess the best bet is to disable all the extensions and then reenable them one at a time to see if one of them causes the program to crash again.

Would appreciate any additional suggestions you may feel are appropriate.

Thanks again.
