In TB 52.4.0 About Thunderbird, the link to the Release Notes hasn't been updated and still links to the 52.3.0 Release Notes. Where in TB (what file / parameter / setting / ...... ) is this located so that I can do the patch locally.

I cannot reproduce what you are reporting, so it's probably a cache issue in the network - certainly not something that can be "fixed" by code.
