This worked in a previous version. It seems to be a change to the UI

Example: the search entry field at the top of a result set in duckduckgo

see https://duckduckgo.com/?t=h_&q=style+background+color&ia=web

That is an example. Not the only example.

In order to select the text one needs to access the context menu (right mouse) and choose select all. A month ago I could just use CTL A, which when you are an average or better typist is faster than using a mouse.

Of course on some fields it works. The main duckduckgo page does allow me to use CTL-A, but on that page it is not useful.
