I cannot log into my hotmail account via Firefox
when I try to log into my hotmail account as usual via Firefox I only get a blank page

Maybe a different issue (and maybe not .... ), but of the utmost importance :
Your system details show that there are a lot of extensions installed that are browser hijackers, malware that you will need to get rid of :

Go to the Firefox menu (≡) => Add-ons => Extensions
( Mac : Command + Shift + A)
And remove the extensions.
As the extensions may have put some more malware on your system, let's run some malware scans :

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. They all work differently - what one program doesn't pick up, the other might.
