Firefox crashes
Good day, please help. My Mozilla Firefox crashes immediately on start up. I have tried everything including uninstalling and deleting the c://Program File/Mozilla Firefox folder and then re-installing but with the same result. It worked perfectly until this morning please help.

The screen shot gives that the crash reporter unable to submit crash report,so you can do another thing : Type %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\ from a Windows Run or start search box or navigate to the folder location shown below: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\
Go into submitted folder and copy the 5 recent report id from there.

Here is a screen shot of the problem.
Oh.. sorry that you get crash,we will help you to get rid out from it. Do submit your crash report : type about:crashes in url if you are able to run firefox. Copy recent five crash reports here in reply (make sure the report looks like bp-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx )
Another thing you can do that run firefox in Safe Mode ,and check whether it works or still gives you Crash.
If it works then might be there some issue with add-ons,so you can Do the first step.

Hi guys, thank you for the quick prompt reply and assistance. I had to go into a meeting and shut down my laptop for the time. I just got back, started up my laptop and now mozilla firefox is working perfectly. I just hope it was a once off. Thank you for you assistance. Really appreciate it.
