Every time I turn off Firefox it says, "We're sorry Fireox had a problem and crashed", but it hasn't crashed.

Firefox is not crashing. But every time I turn it off, it says it has crashed.

Please take a look anyway;

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

If you use "Clear history when Firefox closes" then try to disable this feature.

Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history": [X] "Clear history when Firefox closes" > Settings

Use one of these to close Firefox if you are currently doing that by clicking the close X on the Firefox title bar.
