the "home" icon which appears in the upper right corner has disappeared and I can't get back and forth unless I bookmark my home page and reach it through a bookmark.

Hi Donnastall,

Have you looked at the Knowledge Base article Navigation buttons like back, home, bookmarks and reload are missing? There is a lot of good information in there and it should help you resolve your issue!
