The program seems locked up. It keeps asking for a password that I know it already has ... but it goes into freeze mode whenever I try to type in the password or cancel. Thunderbird 31.4 is working just fine on my other computer. I've restarted in Safe Mode ... it's taking forever to come on ... and again it asks for a password that it has, but it even when it gets it, it won't authenticate the mail server. I've managed to open Account Settings ... but navigating is like going through mud ... What would cause this major failure? Will uninstall/reinstall fix this?
