Why am I getting flooded with advertisements all of a sudden?
I used to get emails from business contacts only. Now I am recieving unsolicited spam emails and advertisement emails. what has changed. Do I have to move to another service to host my email?

That's up to you. You may want to enable spam filtering on your provider's server if not yet done.
My primary question was "what has changed".
Unfortunately it's unlikely that someone on this forum can help you. Usually an increase in spam email is caused by the disclosure of a person's email address, or the infection of said person's computer with a virus.
