I was able to log on to my Thunderbird account via Outlook.com while travelling. Now home and cannot log on using my desktop. Why?
While at home, I was able to log onto my Thunderbird e-mail at my desk top. On vacation, I logged on via Outlook.com on my lap top. Now back home, and I am "told" Thunderbird is unable to connect me to my e-mail. So far, my attempts to correct this have been unsuccessful. Apparently this system is not geared to people with few computer skills.

What exactly are you "told"?
