Are you actually using Kerberos/GSSAPI or has this been incorrectly selected?
You could check your settings on the home computer to see if you are using Authentication method:'Kerberos/GSSAPI' or 'Normal Password'.
Try:
- Tools > Account Settings > Outgoing Server (SMTP)
- select the server and click on 'Edit' button
- Authentication method: select 'Normal Password'
- click on OK
- then click on OK to save account settings changes.
