Chosen solution
To disable Hello you can toggle loop.enabled to false on the about:config page.
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.

I dont get it, is it the icon you want to remove or what? If it is just reverse how you can put it there
- Click on the menu button new fix menu on the top right corner of the browser.
- Click +Customize to see Firefox's additional tools and features.
- Drag the icon down
