Within a short time after installing Thunderbird (about a week after upgrading to Windows 10), my Office programs stopped working properly. E.g., when attempting to print a Word document, the program stops responding.

Any explinations or suggeestions?

Chosen solution

I was able to reach Windows support, and they had me uninstall Office, reboot, and then reinstall Office. That seems to have solved the problem--without doing anything with Thunderbird.

I am SOOOOO happy to be using Thunderbird again. I could never get it to work in Windows 8 and I hate Outlook. Whew!
