hello Shockwave is set to Ask To Activate and some sites do ask to play video but there are other sites playing video auto, is there some preference i forgot to set to Ask?

First you have to visit the website where you observe auto play, then click here and click on "More Information". (Alternatively, right click on that page and select "View Page Info" in the context menu) Then a window like this should appear.

Two possibilities:

1) A website can play videos with HTML5, no plugin is required for that. To disable HTML5 auto play, see here: http://www.ghacks.net/2015/06/07/how-to-disable-auto-playing-flash-and-html5-videos/

2) You can check as described here whether you have allowed the website to auto play flash somewhere in the past .

Mario i tried to follow #2 but cant find Permissions in the preferences, know where they are?

Mario found it was set to allow, thanks alot

in Page Info~Permissions i Blocked everything but video is still playing, i dont understand whats going on :(
