My issue: I constantly click hyperlinks in emails in Outlook. Every few days instead of opening that link in a new Tab, Firefox gives the error "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system".

Such a pain. Often I don't notice that Firefox has started giving this error, so delete emails I've already clicked on the desired link for.
