Extensions which are installed by other applications such as Security Suites typically don't have a "control" in the Extensions tab, as far disabling or removing that type of extension. Check with Avast for help with disabling or removing that extension if that's what you want to do; they installed it and they probably have control over it.

As far as a toolbar button - maybe there's a "toolbar" for that extension? Right-click in the tab-strip to the right of the + and see if an "Avast" toolbar is shown; if so click on that menu item to select it.

And if Avast just has a toolbar "button", open the Customize mode and see if you can locate it, and then drag it to a toolbar where you want it. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/customize-firefox-controls-buttons-and-toolbars

Hi santosh, if there is no Remove button for an extension, this usually means it is installed outside of your personal Firefox settings folder. It's probably easiest to just disable it.

But if you want to get it working, please go to the Avast forums as suggested earlier, since they are most familiar with this product.
