Firefox download file runs but doesn't load Firefox

After running "Firefox Setup 43.0.1.exe", it extracts the file and opens a dialogue box that says "That operation completed successfully". Nothing more happens and the Program (x86) Directory includes a Mozilla Firefox folder that contains only four FAPXXXX Tmp files at 0 KB.

Where do i go from here?
