this shows up a lot for me the media could not be loaded either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported
it been 5 days facing this problem while watching videos sometimes it work normally the next day then it crashes I tried other sites some works and some no (the media could not be loaded either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported )

- see if there are updates for your graphics drivers
