Hello

I actually have two questions

1 What is the difference between a signature and a template?

2 How do you get either of them to display when replying to an email? At the moment, I've managed to configure both of them and can use either when sending a new message but can't get either to work when replying to a message.

Thanks in advance

I think you will find the signature works on the bottom of the reply. right at the end. See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reply-above-or-below-quoted-text

A Template is the bare bones of a letter in the same way it might be in a word processing programs. A signature is something that is automatically placed at the end of every email you send from the account.

SIgnatures in general are discussed here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Signatures
