My ISP went under, so I need to remove my old accounts and add my new account. I can do this, but Thunderbird won't remember the changes.

My ISP went under, so I need to remove my old accounts and add my new account. I can do this, but Thunderbird won't remember the changes. I need to make the changes every time I start Thunderbird.

I can make all the changes, but when I'm done, neither the OK or Done buttons do anything. I need to close the window to exit.
