Why does the system crash everytime I go to a website from yahoo?

When I go to pick up my email in yahoo, I click on one email and open it. Usually there is link in the body of the email, and when I click on it, it crashes. It doesn't matter who the email is from and this never happens in my gmail account. If I check my yahoo email three times a day, I get three crashes. Any ideas? Thanks.
