I attend regular online live Broadcasts via tongrenstation.com . Today both the 9a.m EST broadcast and the 2:30pm EST broadcast would not open the audio/video portion. The Chatroll portion worked and it was revealed that some people had a/v and some did not. This happened for both broadcasts. They could not find anything on their end. I have a Mac , running El Capitan 10.11.6 and Firefox did an automatic upgrade yesterday. I cleared cookies and the cache. I restarted. I Shut down completely, waited 15 minutes and and started up again. Did not help. Again... the Chatroll part of the broadcast worked.... at both broadcasts... the a/v box said something like "no compatible media found for this event" . Other users using Firefox were also effected, although not all. Hope you can help me solve this asap. I have several classes a day! Thank you!

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
