Must be so frustrating ....

Assuming that you're talking about 'Grammerly', the add-on - would you please take a look at this article :

May I suggest that you remove your phone number - this is a public forum and you don't want to be inundated with 'weird' phone calls  !

Unfortunately we don't provide phone support - Mozilla doesn't have the financial means to run a call center ......
