Hi all,

Thunderbird is unresponsive after today's Microsoft Windows 7 update to my computer (October 15, 2019). I am receiving the common error message "Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure file system allows write privileges, + you have enough disc space to copy the mailbox. I found a great list of options, but unfortunately can't access the steps to follow, because Thunderbird is unresponsive after this update. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello there Mshapland. We have read your message. We try to help you. Hello. Mshapland. The system is now windows 7. It is possible that certain add-ons can block certain topics. try to disable them temporarily. Certain programs such as Firewalls and security products can also do this. Restart the operating system if you can and try to get to the boot menu - boot into safe mode -. This will solve certain problems such as those described or partially. are you trying this? Then we will be there again to help you. greetings firefox volunteer. Greetings Firefox Volunteer.
