Server error reported. I did follow the instructions for this issue and am still having the problem.
I am unable to send/receive messages with Account A. No issues with Account B on the same PC. Both share the same POP and SMTP settings.
I did follow the solutions offered to another user, my issue remains.
I have deleted Account A, made a new account with the same name, and Thunderbird received the settings from the server and autofilled the settings fields. The password is correct in Thunderbird.
I am able to login to my email account online.

OAuth2 isn't supported by TB for AT&T accounts using the att.net servers, so a secure mail key is recommended. If you can access the account through the Yahoo servers (pop.mail.yahoo.com on port 995, SSL/TLS; smtp.mail.yahoo.com on port 465, SSL/TLS), then OAuth2 is supported by both TB and Yahoo.
If you start using a secure key or OAuth2 authentication, delete the existing passwords in Options/Security/Passwords/Saved Passwords, restart TB and enter the key or account password (for OAuth2) when prompted.

The first two pictures don't show, but the third indicates it's an AT&T account. Are you using a secure mail key?
I did see a possible solution offered by using a secure key.
I attempted to set up account A with 0auth2, but a message window appeared that said this was not supported.?
Account B is not using a secure key, and receives/sends email without issue.
Both are att accounts.
I had attempted an SMTP setting of smtp.yahoo.com, or something to that effect, that was suggested as a possible solution. That didn't solve the problem either.

Thank you for the information. I changed the POP and SMTP settings, set OAuth2, and obtained a secure mail key from Yahoo. Went through the authentication process, and am now able to send/receive emails with Thunderbird.
