Some how our thunderbird account is tied in to AOL. We received an email from them asking us to sign out and then sign back in again to keep our Thunderbird email. Do you know anything about this? Thanks

No, but you'd better contact AOL about this. Presumably they could at least confirm whether this is legitimate or not.
