I mistakenly hit the quit button and inadvertently deleted all my saved tabs. I was looking for some assistance on how to recover that information on my Android phone. I have since adjusted the settings to turn that feature off.

I am sorry, but unless you had syncced the tabs to another copy of Firefox or can see them in the History option in the Firefox for Android menu, it will not be possible to recover them.
