Why I cannot change these settings:

  • Use custom settings for history
  • Firefox will remember your browsing, download, form, and search history.
  • Always use private browsing mode

I need this setting:

  • Never remember history

Or, maybe, that is the same?

Exactly. 'Always use private browsing mode' uses the same settings as 'Never remember history' and 'Private browsing window'
