AT&T email on Thunderbird

more options

Since Thunderbird update 102.10.0 (64-bit), I have not been able to retrieve my AT&T email via Thunderbird. I have tried re-entering my secure key and getting a new key, but I still get error message "Sending of password for user **@bellsouth.net did not succeed. Mail server inbound.att.net responded: [SYS/TEMP] Server error - Please try again later."

Is this resolved? The message indicates it may have been a server problem at AT&T.

Same problem. I have removed my saved passwords, gotten new passwords from AT&T, restarted TB, and I still can't access my email. Did that whole process twice. Also, I have 2 accounts with AT&T using the same set of inbound and outbound servers with the same account settings and both POP accounts. TB has NO PROBLEM getting my email from the other account. I also can access my email from Yahoo, but I've been using TB for almost 20 years and I've grown accustomed to it.
