I have found that Firefox 119 won't work on St. Jude & USAA insurance sites. Had to use Safari on my I mac running 10.15.7 sites will load, but some features won't allow me to enter data into the page

Try clearing site cookies, disabling Tracking Protection and disabling your extensions.
