I need to create a pdf file to share with an agency in another country that does not have Firefox. I am unable to create a simple pdf - all of the files are automatically Firefox pdfs. All attempts to convert this file to a regular pdf have failed. Please help!

I don't understand. PDF is PDF. There's no such thing like Firefox PDF.
