Wrong website entered CRA cannot access my email. Which makes it a big problem please take cra off my list.

I put the CRA website in my list ,now they think something suspicious my email address is gone. They can't send me updates. I'm finding this so difficult, I have had a stroke and I am on a lot of meds which really confuse me. I can't figure out how to send this on my phone.
