I would assume this tattoo is a persona. Just follow these instructions: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Using+themes+with+Firefox?s=Themes&as=s#How_to_switch_themes and when you select a theme select the default theme or which ever theme you have installed that you desire t see.
