Websites like Facebook and Windows Live Hotmail won't load properly.

I just upgraded recently to 3.6.8, and now I can't see websites like Facebook, Windows Live Hotmail, Mediafire, etc. properly. For some like Mediafire and Hotmail the words are all there but layed out properly at all but I can only see the top bar on Facebook. How can I fix this?
