Firefox will not start at at all. I have deleted the short cut and reinstalled. still nothing. Help!

Firefox will not start at all. I have deleted the short cut, reinstalled and restarted the computer mutliple times. Everything else on my computer works fine.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

August 1st
