A .ssi file stopped working on all my pages. How do I fix it?

I am using 2 server side includes on my pages and sometime since the last update one has stopped working. What can I do? Nothing shows up where it should be. It's a drop down list.

The drop down does not appear anymore.

Try posting at the Web Development / Standards Evangelism forum at MozillaZine. The helpers over there are more knowledgeable about web page development issues with Firefox.
