I got a Mozilla security alert re viruses, and instructions to download a virus program called Security Defender. Legit?

I use Norton AntiVirus and run scans daily. That program shows no security threats, but the Mozilla alert poppped up showing +90 viruses. I'm skeptical and leery of downloading the "Security Defender" file.

Mozilla doesn't do security alerts, that is a scam. They're trying to get naive users to install Malware that will screw up the users PC.
