When I open Firefox, a window pops up saying "Microsoft Visual C + + Runtime Library". What do i do?

When I open Firefox, a window with the title "Microsoft Visual C + + Runtime Library" pops up. Inside the window it has "Program:C:\Program files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox exe. R6034 An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly. Please contact the application's support team" What do i do?

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
