When loading a securet page I do not find the locker signe !!??

My bank forces me to look for tke locker signe when i enter the page for internet banking. In Firefox i do see the https etc info but not the from my bank required locker signe. Why do not see this signe ???? Now I'm afraid to do my internet banking work..
