Icons on browser tabs sometimes display as dashed rectangles in Firefox 8.0

Just installed Firefox 8.0. Most browser tabs are displaying the correct icons, but a few are displaying a dashed rectangle.

This may be related to specific sites...if so, I'd guess that the sites involved may not supply an icon, so the dashed rectangle is displaying instead of a default icon.
