how do i stop my email downloads from going to desktop [ie] music

when i get mp3.s sent to my email i send them to winamp but they also go to my desktop where in dont want them to store if i send them to trash bin it gets deleted from my winamp to so how do istop this from hapening iv tryed everything to reseting my computer

Why don't you move them to another folder instead of to the trash if you want to keep the files?
