When this website - TREASURY.DIRECT@pbd.treas.gov - sends me a message, it shows up as Junk Email. When I click this, it states this message was marked as spam using the Outlook Junk Email filter. How can I get these messages to go to my Email inbox instead of to Junk Email?

For something like that you'll need help from Microsoft. I found this document that might help - http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/overview-of-the-junk-e-mail-filter-HP001230028.aspx?CTT=3

Putting the sender in your list of contacts is where I would start. This may help.
