The menu bar is missing AND the article about the full screen issue is NOT WORKING.

The entire window shows (tabs, x, and + included), and I can enter and exit full screen. The menu bar is still missing.

If the menu bar is hidden then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key to make the menu bar appear.
